Holly
Rust-March
Physiotherapist
Holly Rust-March joined the BBSA as physiotherapist for the British Skeleton team at the beginning of 2021.
Holly is part of the English Institute of Sport but works solely for British Skeleton on a full-time basis.
Holly’s role sees her assess and treat athletes at all levels of the programme, as well as working on injury mitigation strategies and optimising athlete health as part of the performance support team.
She has worked as a physio since 2009 in a variety of settings, including the National Health Service, semi-professional sport and the military.
Originally from Essex, Holly is a recreational athlete and has competed in half marathons, endurance bike events and a half Ironman.
