Josh Hudson joined the British Bobsleigh set up as a brakeman ahead of the 2021/22 sliding season.
He made his GB debut in Lillehammer on the Europa Cup circuit in November 2021, when he finished 12th alongside John Stanbridge.
Josh competed in a multitude of sports from a young age, including rugby union up to the age of 21, before transferring to bobsleigh.
He has been an avid weightlifter since the age of 16, which sparked his interest in becoming a personal trainer.
Josh currently runs his own personal training business alongside his training for bobsleigh.
