About Regan
Regan Walker’s first on ice experience with the British Skeleton programme came in 2023, after initially testing for the sport in late 2021 via the then latest UK Sport recruitment campaign.
A promising footballer, Regan played for the Manchester City Academy from a young age. She transitioned across to athletics in order to get faster at football but also progressed in that field, competing in Heptathlon to national level and specalising in short sprints. She represented Team England at the Welsh International and ran for the Sale Harriers club in Manchester.
Outside of sport, Regan has a BSc in Zoology from Salford University, while her most recent job prior to starting skeleton was as a high ropes instructor at Zip World Manchester.
Regan made her international skeleton debut in November 2024 at the Europa Cup race in Winterberg.
