Erica Bayliss joined the BBSA as Office Manager in October 2025.

Erica is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all office operations and overseeing the day‑to‑day management of our facilities contracts, including the push track.

In the years prior to joining the BBSA, Erica worked for British Gymnastics, supporting the delivery of national events and contributing to two major international competitions with the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique. She served as an Athlete Services Team Leader at the 2022 Artistic World Championships in Liverpool and as a Floor Manager at the 2023 Trampoline World Championships in Birmingham.

Erica grew up competing in acrobatic gymnastics, becoming a twelve‑time regional gold medalist and twice British Champion. She is a Level 2 qualified gymnastics coach and remained involved in the sport through supporting her club as a coach on an ad hoc basis.

Away from sport and work, Erica has a passion for wellness and loves being outdoors, especially spending time at the beach or exploring the South West Coast Path.
