Kirstie Moore is the Independent Non-Executive Director for Performance at the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association.
Kirstie plays a key role in providing strategic oversight and supporting the delivery of performance and leadership objectives. With over two decades of experience in high-performance sport, she brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development, team performance and strategic consulting.
Throughout her career, Kirstie has worked extensively with Olympic, Paralympic and professional sport to enhance the performance of Executives, Performance Directors, Heads of Coaching and Performance Leaders, fast-tracking leadership talent to create sustainable performance and results. She is passionate about people unlocking potential and believes in the ‘art of the impossible’. Kirstie’s diverse experience spans various sports organisations, including the UK Sports Institute, UK Sport, GB Cycling Team, British Sailing, England and Wales Cricket Board, Manchester City FC and the Premier League.
She has an MBA and holds a passion for systemic leadership, fostering talent and optimizing team performance. She is committed to driving purposeful, aligned and impactful performance strategies that make a real difference.
