Natalie Dunman
Executive Performance Director

Natalie Dunman is the BBSA’s Executive Performance Director, leading both the British Bobsleigh and Skeleton programmes throughout their journey to the Olympic Winter Games in Milan Cortina.

Natalie joined the BBSA as Interim Performance Director for British Skeleton in September 2018 and was appointed to the role on a permanent basis a year later, before stepping up to take charge of the bobsleigh programme partway through the current Olympic cycle.

Natalie initially moved to the BBSA on a secondment from UK Sport, where she had been Head of Performance Pathways since October 2013.

Formerly Lead Talent Scientist at the English Institute of Sport, Natalie's role with UK Sport saw her tasked with supporting sports to build world leading pathway programmes, as well as developing cutting edge initiatives in athlete development and progression, to ensure the country’s continued success at future Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Prior to joining the BBSA, Natalie worked with the Skeleton programme at various times, including designing and delivering the talent identification programme that discovered Olympic medalists Lizzy Yarnold and Laura Deas.
