Dr Dan Brooke
Chief Medical Officer - Skeleton

Dr Dan Brooke is the Chief Medical Officer for the British Skeleton programme, a role he has held since partway through the Beijing Olympic cycle.

Dr Dan is employed by the UK Sports Institute and has a wealth of experience across a broad range of sports.

He also currently works for the Rugby Football Union and Prem Rugby, as well as England Hockey, and he is an elected council member of the medical committee at the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation.

Past roles include Club Doctor at Brentford Football Club and Sport and Exercise Consultant for Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, while he was also the Chief Medical Officer for Team GB for the European Youth Olympics Winter Festival 2017 in Erzurum, Turkey.

He practices as a Sports Medicine Consultant at Pure Sports Medicine in Greater London, having previously worked in a variety of roles within the National Health Service.
