Daisy French joined the BBSA as Performance Co-ordinator in December 2024.

Daisy works with both the bobsleigh and skeleton programmes, working across a broad spectrum of performance support, from data analysis to logistics and from camp planning to team management.

She travels extensively, both with the World Cup team and the wider squad on the Europa Cup, North American Cup and Asian Cup circuits, and she plays a key role in talent activity for the newest members of our programmes.

She also acts as the BBSA’s safeguarding officer and has been trained accordingly.

Daisy previously spent a year working as a Sport Science Co-ordinator for GB Snowsport, a role she held alongside a career as a professional rugby player with Exeter Chiefs. She spent three seasons with the Chiefs, having been with Worcester Warriors Women for a similar timeframe. While at the Warriors, she completed a placement in performance analysis with the men’s team when they were competing in the English Premiership.

Daisy hails from Devon and regularly returns home to help on the family farm.
