BBSA recruiting a Business Administrator

The next Winter Olympic Games are now just over 16 months away and you could be part of the adventure as the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association (BBSA) are looking to recruit a Business Administrator.

Based at the headquarters of the BBSA in Bath, the successful applicant will play an important role in the behind the scenes success of both sports as we look for more medals on the global stage.

The role would suit someone with experience of providing administration support in high performance environments, with excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks.

Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages; the capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure; and strong oral and written communication skills will also be important in a broad and varied role that will suit a strong team player.

The Business Administrator will support the Office Manager in managing the travel and logistics support to the performance teams representing Great Britain on the international circuit and ensure the administration processes within the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful applicant will also assist the CEO and Head of Marketing & Communications and be the first point of contact for all office enquiries.
