Research & Innovation
Nash Vracas joined the BBSA in the summer of 2019.
Nash works as part of the Research and Innovation team for the British Skeleton programme, a role she combines with a PhD in Performance Sport Engineering at Southampton University.
Her previous studies include a Master of Physics from Lancaster University and a Master of Science in Aerospace Dynamics from Cranfield University.
Prior to linking up with the BBSA, Nash spent four years working as an Aerodynamicist at Jaguar Land Rover, contributing to programmes such as the Jaguar E-Pace and the Range Rover Evoque.
Outside of Work, Nash is a trustee and volunteer for the Greenpower Educational Trust and enjoys photography, swimming and lacrosse. She represented Hamphsire at the latter and established the women’s team at Lancaster University.
