Mossy
Clifford
Travelling physiotherapist
Maurice (Mossy) Clifford joined the BBSA prior to the start of the 2018/19 season.
He travels with the British Skeleton team on circuit, providing physiotherapy support to the athletes at various locations in Europe. Mossy ensures the athletes are fit, well and able to perform to their best.
Prior to stepping into the world of skeleton, Mossy worked in rugby union with Richmond FC in London. He cites his career highlight as working with Richmond when they won promotion to the English Championship and then stayed in the division despite being an amateur club in a professional league.
In conjunction with his role with British Skeleton, he also looks after dancers within an international dance show, travelling with them and providing physiotherapy care.
