Louise Turner provides physiotherapy services to the entire British Skeleton Team, during both training and competition. Her objective is to maximise athlete availability to train, perform and, ultimately, succeed.

She also delivers individualised athlete management and rehabilitation programmes, including targeted injury risk management strategies, as well as working collaboratively with the Sports Science & Medicine team to optimise athlete health.

Louise has been with British Skeleton since October 2016 and was an important part of the team that traveled to the Olympic Winter Games in South Korea in February 2018, an experience she describes as one she 'will never forget'.

Before joining British Skeleton, Louise was a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the National Health Service and Lead Physiotherapist for Welsh semi-professional rugby club Bedwas RFC.
