Judah joined GB Bobsleigh in 2014, immediately after graduating from Middlesex University with a BASc in Sport and Exercise.

A rugby union player throughout his school years in Derby, Judah also excelled at athletics.

He won national medals during his time as a 100m and 200m sprinter and he represented Great Britain at the European Junior Championships in Estonia in 2011. Current GB sprinter Adam Gemili was a team-mate of his in those championships in Talinn.

He has spent time as an Academy Strength and Conditioning intern at West Ham United Football Club and delivered speed and agility sessions for Derby County FC.

Judah made his GB Bobsleigh debut on the World Cup circuit in Konigssee in January 2015 and was seventh at the World Junior Championships in Winterberg in both 2016 and 2017.

He won Europa Cup bronze alongside John Jackson, Ben Simons and Bruce Tasker in January 2016 in St Moritz and was on the wider podium in North American Cup competition in Calgary at the start of the following season.

JUDAH IN HIS OWN WORDS...

  • Nickname: Judz
  • Most likely to be spotted: playing FIFA, chilling with my mates, training and partying - not at the same time
  • Least likely to be found: eating bacon
  • Me in three: powerful bundle of talent!
  • Hero: Simeon Williamson (former GB sprinter and bobsledder) - I grew up watching him run. He was someone I looked up to in ‘08/09 when I was starting athletics and a few years later I was training with him in athletics and bobsleigh
  • Random fact: my first sport was judo - my dad is a second dan black belt
