Performance Lifestyle Advisor

Jack Grundy joined British Skeleton as Performance Lifestyle Advisor in spring 2019.

His role sees him support athletes with personal development, transferable skills and potentially exits from the programme when their sliding career comes to an end.

Jack combines his work with British Skeleton with the same role with both the British Sailing team & Wheelchair Fencing programme.

Prior to joining British Skeleton, Jack worked as a secondary school PE Teacher and was most recently the National Lead for Lifestyle Support at The Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme(TASS).

Formerly an international athlete in his own right, Jack represented Great Britain as a Triathlete, finishing ninth at the U23 Elite World Cross Triathlon and seventh at the World ÖTILLÖ Championships.
