Donna Creighton started a coaching role with British Skeleton in 2018 having previously enjoyed a superb 13-year career as a skeleton athlete.

She had a short stint as a bobsleigh pilot at the end of the 2016/17 season before working as an administrator for the BBSA prior to her switch to coaching.

A former heptathlete who also enjoyed a range of other team sports, Donna began life with GB Skeleton back in 2004 and went on to compete at five World Championships between 2009 and 2016. 

She won the overall title on the Intercontinental Cup circuit for the 2014/15 season, was a reserve for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and finished fourth on three occasions on the World Cup circuit 2010, '11 and '12.

Donna won overall bronze on the Intercontinental Cup circuit in her last season as a skeleton athlete in 2017 and also collected a North American Cup gold medal and three silvers in a single month that same season.
